Do I need any specific skills to volunteer?
No but we do ask that you are at least familiar with dog ownership and what a dog needs
How old do I need to be to volunteer with you?
Because of our insurance, all our volunteers need to be at least 18
How much time do I have to give?
That’s entirely up to you and also depends on the role you are volunteering for. Some of our roles, such as home visitors, transporters etc. might not do much due to their location, whereas adoption co-ordinators might need to commit to a few hours a week
Do you pay expenses?
Yes, we pay 35ppm to home visitors, transporters and dog assessors
Will I receive any training?
Depending on the role and your experience, we will give training where it is needed
