Refund and Returns Policy

At UK Spaniel Rescue, we are a non-profit organisation dedicated to the welfare and rehoming of Spaniels in need. We strive to be transparent and fair in all our financial processes, including adoption fees, donations, and merchandise sales. This policy sets out how we handle returns and refunds.

Adoption Fees

Adoption fees help cover veterinary care, food, and essential support for every dog we rehome. These fees are considered donations towards the care provided and are non-refundable, even if the dog is later returned to our care.

In exceptional circumstances, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of the trustees. These situations will be assessed individually, and any decision made will be final.

Merchandise or Fundraising Items

If you purchase physical items through our website or during fundraising events:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Donations

All donations, whether made online or in person, are non-refundable. If you believe a donation has been made in error (e.g. duplicate payment), please contact us within 7 days at hello@ukspanielrescue.co.uk, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
