Our Social Media volunteers help us share the stories of our dogs, promote our work and reach more people who can support UK Spaniel Rescue.

Purpose of the Role
- Creating engaging content for UK Spaniel Rescue’s social media channels, including posts, articles, blogs and multimedia content.
- Keeping up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
- Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to raise awareness of UK Spaniel Rescue.
- Monitoring and responding to comments, feedback and social media posts.
- Liaising with other departments to develop and source content.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Experience using social media or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An aptitude for creating engaging content.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Good networking skills to build relationships with influencers and other key people.
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- A sound knowledge of the English language.
- The ability to think strategically and creatively.
Key Activities
- Planning and developing social media campaigns.
- Crafting compelling content or getting it developed.
- Posting content across social media accounts.
