ABOUT BUDDY

Buddy has come to us as he is no longer getting along with the older dog in the home. He loves people and is a very happy boy who does pull a little but soon settles.

He knows his basic commands such as sit, stop, laydown, look and off and travels well in the car with his harness attached to the seat belt.

His assessor feels he will make a good companion for someone who enjoys an active life and would be good undertaking activities such as man trailing and that an experienced home with lots of brain training would be ideal for him.

ABOUT BRYN

He has no bite history and has been brought up with children. There are no health issues that we’re currently aware of (medical history pending).

As you can see, he’s a very handsome boy who needs a new sofa to curl up on.

Whilst he’s not too bothered about toys, he does like his ball (no surprise there!) and hasn’t shown any signs of resource guarding. He can bark a bit but this is something that the UK Spaniel Rescue behaviourist team will be more than happy to help with.

ABOUT CARAMEL

This little girl does get excited when meeting someone new or going on walks with them, but she soon settles down (but bear in mind she is a young spaniel and does get excited). Her assessor says “Probably the most relaxed dog with a stranger I’ve ever met – happy to come and sniff me/take treats/play with toys but equally happy to take herself back into her crate“

Caramel doesn’t show any resource guarding
and knows all her basic commands.

ABOUT HARVEY

Sadly, very little is known about Harvey as he came to us after his owner died. As you can see, he’s a very handsome boy and just needs a sofa to sleep on, lovely walks and plenty of enrichment.

As he is now a senior and has had some problems with his leg and his weight. He is current lyon a weight management food and is not allowed any ball play so as not to induce any pain. He has been on Rheumocam for this in the past but isn’t at the moment and is being monitored.
