Providing your ID

We ask for identification to help us confirm that applicants, foster carers and volunteers are who they say they are and that the information they have provided to us is accurate.

This is particularly important where our volunteers may be visiting people’s homes or meeting members of the public. It helps us protect applicants, adopters, foster carers, volunteers and the dogs in our care.

Please use this secure form to provide your ID rather than sending copies by email or WhatsApp. Your documents will be stored securely and access is restricted to authorised UK Spaniel Rescue personnel.

We process this information under our legitimate interests as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Please note, we need photo ID AND proof of address. Your application will be rejected if we don’t have both.

How long we keep your information

We only keep your identification documents for as long as they are needed for the purpose for which they were provided. Retention periods vary depending on whether you are applying to adopt, foster or volunteer with UK Spaniel Rescue. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
