Buster is on permanent foster with his foster dad. He came to us with his brother Rocky after their owner died. Buster was a bit fussy with whom he showed affection, very much preferring the company of men so we needed a very special home for him…a gentleman living on his own and at home most of the time.
Richard came forward to foster Buster until a home could be found for him but sadly we could not find a suitable match. After a couple of months, Richard decided he didn’t want to part with Buster but was worried about being able to afford vet bills. We had a brief conflab between the trustees and we agreed to leave Buster where he is on permanent foster.
Buster is now our ambassador dog and will be working to promote UK Spaniel Rescue and raising awareness of the work we do and the dogs we help.
